We strongly recommend bringing identification to meet Form I-9 requirements. Most people apply with a photo ID and social security card or birth certificate. A complete list of acceptable forms of identification can be found here.
We also encourage applicants to bring certifications, resumes, or any other supporting documents they feel will increase their likelihood of receiving a job offer!
Regardless of which of Ctrust Staffing's customers you work for, Ctrust Staffing is always your employer. Your local Ctrust Staffing office is your contact for all work assignments or employment issues.
Ctrust Staffing pays weekly, every Friday. On your first assignment, you will be paid the following Friday after your first week of employment.

If an accident occurs and you are injured while on the job, call your local Ctrust Staffing office immediately! You are employed by Ctrust Staffing and covered by Ctrust Staffing's Workers' Compensation Insurance. We must be notified immediately so that we can make sure you are given care and attention at the proper medical facility if needed.
Contact your local Ctrust Staffing office before your scheduled work hours/shift to notify them that you will be late or unable to report to work so they can inform the client.
Temporary assignments can vary from a day to several months, depending on the employer and what needs to get done. Sometimes temporary jobs can also turn into permanent positions if the employer has a long-term need, and you made a great impression.

We realize that not every job is going to be the right fit, and sometimes you won’t know this until work has already started. If you are on an assignment and find it is not the right match or circumstances change, we ask that you please contact us immediately. You may be asked to report to work long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible and find you another opportunity. We expect open communication from you and you can expect the same from Ctrust Staffing.
